       Yes, we will able to do so for you. However, until we got the payment for item or before you place your "buy now" on ebay auction. Other buyer will still able to purchase the item from us via website's "buy now".

       Sorry about the techical difficulty that you having. If that is the case on your computer, all you need to do is forward your payment to: let-trade@hotmail.com . By the time you make the payment, please make sure you include the item#. Once we got the payment, the item will be removed.

I have paid thur paypal, is that mean I am the winner of the item?
       Due to the paypal payment button limitation, the "auto-return" after the payment complete has been to finish in order to remove the listing from our website. But because some buyer do not wait for the "auto-return" kick in to remove the listing. So sometime the item has been sold but listing is still running on our website (however, we will remove item listing as soon as we notify the item has been sold). Base on our website policy, first pay first get. Item will only sell to the person who is paid earliest.

I paid the item, but found out someone already paid before me. What can I do?
       We are very sorry if that happened to your purchase, we will issue a full refund to you as soon as possible.

How long does it take for shipping to my country?
       The shipping method that we will using on our website transaction is a Hong Kong Post EMS service. Buyer can track their parcel at www.hongkongpost.com. Normallly, it will only take 3~4 days for delievery to UK, Canada or USA. Other area may take longer. (Delivery time may vary by custom delay or clearance. Thanks for understanding.

       Yes, our automatic email system will forward the item tracking # to your paypal email (the email address that you sent payment) as soon as we have the item shipped out. It been a while after the item(s) being shipped but I still have not receive the item. What can I do?
       Sorry to hear this from you. If the item has been shipped 7 buiness days and you have not receive it, please email and let us know and so we will file a offical parcel trace at our end and will get back to you as soon as we get an answer from post office. Please understand the parcel trace process may take a while to get response and thank you for your patient.

Is let-trade.com has any return policy?
       Yes, we do. Most of our items are used and we try our best to describe it, but there are possibility that some parts we missed during inspection. Please look into the pictures for a general understanding the condition of the item. Even though 99.9% of the customers are happy with our products, we do not guarantee all flaws are shown in the pictures due to the difficulty and limit. However if high bidder do think the condition is NOT as description, we can send refund to you. But, the item has to be the same condition as when we sent out and item must return within 72 hours of arrival or we will not issue refund. Actual shipping fee will be deducted and we will charge additional 20% restocking fee after the deduction of ACtual shipping fee. Full refund will only issue to authencity related question.
